Thanks. You are correct to indicate that the large radiator fan is not working and the temp gauge in dash instrument cluster still remains at the lowest. Aside from the NTC sensor, could you let me know which other parts I need to replace? I assume the NTC sensor is the one with the two wires (corroded green at 7 o'clock in photo below). Is this a simple DIY? What is the procedure? What about the other hex-looking part right next to it? Where is the thermostat located?

On another matter, I noticed some oily reside at the front of the block (link below). Should I be concerned?
