THanks, sondeen, but how about this idea? :)
I can get Penzoil Synchromesh right up the street for 8 bucks a quart. Apparently, this is an OK choice for the OG 9-3 transmissions. Plus, I can actually get it locally. Not entirely sure, but I think this is what I'm going to try. Drain whatever is in there, and fill with two quarts of synchromesh. They say the dexron 6 is a bad choice anyway, so this seems good. What do you think?
