Thanks, this is good input. Just ordered some new Michelin Pilot Sport 4S in 215 after having thought of 225s. Glad to know I likely avoided rubbing.
I see how the upgrades your recommend make sense. I will look into a better intercooler but there is no way I want a bigger louder exhaust, I find the drone of the stock one frankly very annoying and I end up coasting in neutral to “turn it off”. Don’t know why a 9-5 Aero exhaust wouldn’t do just as well, without the droning.
Mostly though just looking for a little extra zip, for the odd occasion, and mostly at low RPM to indulge in the torque. Car is already plenty quick for me, and I don’t want to see a major loss of drivability im 1st or 2nd due to too much power.
