1.5 miles? That's ten/twelve minutes. I don't know where you fit in, but most people find it really hard to get enough exercise. A little walk like that twice a day would have a lot of benefits mental and physical. It'll perk you up in the morning and give a few blissful moments to collect your thoughts. At the end of the day it'll burn off the stress and give you a chance to chill before you get home. Plus it's good for the body. Funny story, I used to walk my three grand daughters to school along with a couple of their friends. At first they were always complaining and wanting to take the car. As winter rolled around no matter how bad the weather was I'd always say that if it gets REALLY bad we'll take the car, which we never did. But after a while they began to like walking. Then we started seeing more and more other parents walking their kids. Pretty soon it became the cool thing and they wouldn't hear of taking the car. No matter what the weather did we'd bundle up or get the rain gear out and walk. I'll bet you'd quickly find you like it.
