Here, read this from a current favorite magazine Posted by MI-Roger [Email] (#882) [Profile/Gallery] (more from MI-Roger) on Sun, 13 Apr 2014 05:07:54 In Reply to: Porsche 944 Opinion, Mike Johnson, Sun, 13 Apr 2014 04:58:35 Members do not see ads below this line. - Help Keep This Site Online - Signup |
I started subscribing to Hemmings Sports & Exotics after receiving a super cheap offer via mail and reading recommendations here. It seems to be geared to the common man (or woman) who has somehow acquired a semi-exotic car and wants to keep it in top conditon for long term ownership with primarily D-I-Y maintenance.
The December 2010 edition had an article on the 944. Enjoy reading the article and driving the 944 I am sure you will buy.
p.s. I apologize for the Saab jab in the opening of the story. Not knowing the HP and torque numbers for the 900 Turbos of the time the comment might not be a jab but just an honest comparison. Oh, and I was surprised when searching the HS&E index to note there have been no Saab Viggen Buyer's Guide articles. Time for a Letter to the Editor I suppose.
