Looking for installed pricing for a 40x50 building or smaller. I can easily get installed pole barn prices on-line but would prefer prefab concrete for lower maintenance and higher security.
Yes, this will be for seasonal car storage, a place to keep all my service tools and equipment together, and a place to work on my own cars without my neighbors complaining.
My wife made the mistake of telling me I should look to buy an old gas station or other similar sized building for this need. It appears I can buy a small lot in a local industrial park and erect a new building for less than buying an old gas station. Plus; no risk of old environmental hazards, better neighborhood, no massive glass doors with security concerns, etc.
Probably just a pipe dream but the offer from my wife may not last forever. Anyone had something similar built for any purpose?
