I know that Audi offers TCS on their FWD models, but not on the Quattro variants. I also don't believe that AWD SUVs don't have TCS either (although I'm not 100% certain).
An AWD Saab would probably be a boon to our snowbound bretheren & sisteren (?). It would also probably mitigate the torque/camber steer problem somewhat.
