A reverse osmosis filter would provide good water.
Don't believe a PUR type filter would take out much
more than the chlorine.  Could be wrong on that, I'm
not a water filter expert but believe only reverse
osmosis type filters really turn out pure water.

Your coolant should be a yellowish green relatively
clear liquid.  If its more a brownish yellow and muddy
looking, its probably getting tired and should be
changed.  I change the coolant every three years no
matter what.
