Official GM service tools are made/marketed by Kent-Moore tools.

The Tech-II diagnostic device used on all GM vehicles (including SAABs) is made by Vetronix in California.

Official GM Service Manuals are printed by Helm, Inc.

SAAB service software is created by independent software companies specializing in technical service info, and not GM or SAAB.

Regardless what happens to SAAB or GM, these other companies will continue operations and can be assumed to continue manufacturing/distributing their vehicle service products to professional mechanics. IMHO
