CanFlash runs on a Windows laptop.
You use a cable with USB at the laptop end and a connector for the vehicle's OBD port (next to the steering column) on the other. To clone your existing ECU, you'd connect the laptop to the vehicle, read the data from the existing ECU onto the laptop, replace the existing ECU with the new ECU, and write the data back. If you can get your original and replacement ECUs to me in Sacramento CA, happy to flash one to the other for you.
