Roll pin / needle bearing: is this the right one?

I am having trouble finding reference to these "roll pins" that Sondeen mentions, but on eeuro I see the below items, named a "Manual Input Shaft Needle Bearing", part #90490855. It is a flat disc, so I could see this mounting to the gear cables. I'll see if I can get the EPC installed, it may help make it more clear. But trying to get a mental picture of what this may be before digging into it. If I am picturing it right, there would be 1 for each cable connection point?
