Yes, I was playing with the settings and tried the "no chime" setting. Then the light is on all the time (w/o belt being buckled). I thought I changed it back to the original setting ("8s chime" I think?), but then it still always was on AND I had the 8s of chiming every time. So then I changed it back to "no chime".

I can't recall if there were intermittent false positives before (standard "8s chime setting" and it being falsely activated when no passenger present), but I think that is the case now. I'll try again back to standard "8s chime" settings to confirm. But if you know the incantation to have no chime and no false triggers let me know, at your convenience of course!
