My only advice is to find a Saab shop, unless that's where you had the key/remote programmed already, and have them program a genuine Saab remote to the car and see if that makes the power lock works.

There are a lot of after market remotes out there and I have not been able to make them work with the Saab scantool that I use.

If it's only the driver door that does not work but the other door locks do, then it is the lock actuator in that door being bad.
