I filed my complaint directly through Saab. My 03 was in for service 4 separate times because of this stalling issue, which is worse than ever and they managed to blow away all my SID customizations.
Before I even read about the possible recall Saab had already agreed to replace my 03 with a brand new 04. Only thing that sucks is I lose the OnStar, Fogs (these are not std on 04 Linear), and 16" wheels the dealer threw in for free (might just have to bring my wrenches and take care of this swap myself if needed :)
Saab credits you the original MSRP of the vehicle towards an 04, and does not replace with a "simiarly equip" vehicle. But I guess since I in essence drove the last 12000 miles for free I can't complain all that loudly.
