Really really rough idle. TSB #?

Fellow Saab gurus,
My new to me 2003 9-5 Aero idles very rough. How rough? Take everything out of the door pockets rattle rough, rear view mirror rattles rough, turn up the stereo rough, ripples in your cup of coffee rough, hold a note and it sounds like vibrato rough, feel your body jiggle rough. You get the idea....
It is my opinion that the TSB for rought idling was obviously not performed on this vehicle. This is my first Saab but it can't possibly be this bad, I'm in love with the car and overlook shortcomings but the idle is bad, really bad.
The dealer did not sound like he knew this was a problem and it didn't show up on his PC when he "screened" my VIN for recalls. I dont think Technical Service Bulletins show up on that screen.
Can anyone tell me the date or # of the rough idle TSB? My car is going in for tech II programming next Tuesday and I want to be armed with some knowledge when speaking to the service manager.
Thanks,
Tom
