Thank you for getting back to me quickly. I just looked up a recommended timing belt replacement for the V6 and it said about 90k. So it should be good for a little bit longer. I will definitely look into it more thoroughly if I purchase the car. The current owner purchased a new SUV shortly after the check engine light came on, so he hasn't been driving it with it on. Thank you for informing me that it takes a timing belt, the owner told me timing chain so I assumed he knew what he was talking about.
