So, I am ready to buy my first 9-5 aero, found the perfect car for me, but it is not CPO (its not from a SAAB dealer). it is an '03, off lease and has under ~45k miles (so it is covered for a short time under the original warranty)

Are these extended service contracts worth the money or are they just crap? Do these require some sort of inspection or certification?

- The selling dealer is offering one is through Continental Warranties Inc. The 24 month/24 k runs $1395 and the 60 month/60k runs $2195 and the others in between. Any experience with this company?
- I understand Saab and GM offer similar. are they competitively priced and worth it?
