I take my car to Nimnicht Caddy/Saab in Jax FL, and maybe I'm one of the luckier owners, but I have had a joyous experience with service there. Matter of fact, it has been outstanding. I did not even purchase my car there, but loaners are almost always on hand (got a brand new Exalade once, and a DeVille STS) for warranty work that'll take at least a day. They hooked me up with two new pirellis at the heavily discounted price without me even asking or knowing about the proration deal. The service department is simply outstanding, and I've spent only what two oil changes amounted to (free maintenance rocks) which was much less than what I paid for ONE oil change at a Chevy dealer for my Z28.
Sales department seems to be hurting a little from lack of Aero's, but they have never tried to steer me into a Caddy. Just my .02, and I realize I might be living a charmed life.
