I assume you've had them measured by the dealer at 3/32"? That is considered critical tread depth by SAAB. Mine were down to the wear bars, went to the dealer and they ordered two new tires. I'm pulling numbers out of a foggy memory here, but they'll prorate up to 20K miles. So 13.5K miles or so being 60% proration, you'll probly get something in the region of 65-70% off... I did it through the dealer service dept, took two weeks to order tires but hey. I emailed Pirelli USA at one point and they told me to go to my local SAAB dealer.
