Mike, no doubt it would be less $$ from an INDY, and I have already talked to the guy I use, but the point is, the engine needs to be thoroughly gone over i/c/w/ replacing anything, since a new timing chain package would be subject to the same causes of the failed one. That will cost mucho $$, albeit less at indy. Real problem is I have no idea how long this engine was bad, so everything could be suspect (whole bottom end). If I can source a low mileage , reasonably priced b235r motor, and it checks out ok, I would rather go with that, then work on the questionable one later. I am not averse to an adventure, which this surely will be . Tom S.
