Well put Johnson. My post was mostly for info. I and my wife measure gas mileage each time we fill up, so we know the data on that. The post was not about Enviromax, so I didnt want to put before and after data on that. It was only a tip to open-minded readers. I see it work, my friend who has a Mazda 3, has his gas mileage to 34mpg from 29mpg, so I know it works.
If I get the inclination I will do a dyno and put other things to rest too.
Here is the thing: There is never a claim that its "one" thing that gives all the improvement. All the improvements are working together. However the last thing I did which was the air mod, gave me the additional jump that I was looking for. Go look at the stock air intake facing rearward, it is not the most efficient design!
