I just moved this spring to CT from CA. I have driving experience in the snow from living in No. Cal., but I am not sure if I'll need a dedicated set of snows. Many of those here in CT say you only need a good set of all seasons. That its not too bad. Other say get snows. I live in northeastern CT and commute to Hartford. I am told they are johnny on the spot with plowing in the area. I have a fairly new set of Michelin Pilot Sport all-seasons with a lot of tread left on 17" rims. I do have a set of 16" rims that I can use. Should I bother? Will the all-seasons get me through?
