I ran into the same problem 3 years ago when I bought my recently used Saab. If its still on manufacterers warranty, your typical Saab dealer is going to demand higer value than any other dealer. I find this true with any car type, for example a typical Subaru dealer will sell used Subaru's for a higher price than anyone else.
I searched out all dealers via the web anywhere that was within a 4 hour driving distance from my house. I waited for the right deal to come along. My patience paid off and I found the right deal for the right car, at the right price. It wasn't in my city it was 3 hours away, but that's OK. I negotiated the deal via email and phone calls to the used car dealer. I drove up, test drove the car, had it inspected by a Saab dealer, and bought the car all in one day.
Saab's depreciate quickly but you probably won't find many 2 year old used Saab's under warranty on the market b/c most leases aren't up yet. So you might try casting a wider net.
