Yeah, if you have the key at the on position and have voltage at the pump wire...replace the pump.
The pump is a generic part, available for around $80 from any parts store. The sending unit is what Herb mentioned and is a pull, unplug, plug, and play part. If you get the pump only, get fuel line hose to replace the shrink wrap fuel line. The pump is easily removed from the plastic housing and reinserted. Cut off the OEM fuel line from the old pump and replace it with your new hose. Very easy to do. You will need a large channel lock pliers or some other large tool to remove the fuel tank cover, under the passenger side rear seat.
