Two nickled and dimed us to death, a freind bought the TT three years ago, and was damn glad she bought the Audi CPO when she did, she has been a frequent flier with it. We have had virtually NO trouble with the 05 a4, but lease is up 2/2/08, car has about 28k on it. I wouldnt want this car without a CPO from our prior experiences.
Working on Audis is like fixing watches. Every thing fits well and tightly with no room for errors, things are notoriously hard to access without dismantling everything...hence the high prices. Saab is more like your lawnmower. Weird stuff goes bad, heater cores, evaporators, instrument panels, ignition systems...at a young age. Bentley manuals are availiable for most of them though and they are very good compared to Haynes.
