In a nutshell, any lesser expensive brand of torque wrench is fine for occasional and non-professional use. The more expensive wrenches hold their calibration more accurately and for longer periods, and simply last longer, before they are worn out.
I ran an automotive machine shop for many years, and we had our wrenches calibrated about every 3 months or so. Proper storage is also critical to the accuracy of a torque wrench.
