I do believe that AON in this case stands for Average Octane Number, which is (RON+MON)/2. That's how octane is figured in the U.S. So what they are saying is that you should get gas with 90 octane in the good old U.S. of A. This of course is virtually impossible, as mid-grade in the U.S. is usually 89 octane.
PS. RON is Research Octane Number and MON is Motor Octane Number.
