1) no
2) A few things I would suggest. After you remove the DIs, clean out the spark plug holes before you remove the plugs. Compressed air or a miniature vacuum work well for this. Point is you don't want any hard particles falling in the cylinders. When you replace the plugs, don't overtighten. Once you feel the crush washers make contact, go maybe another 1/2 turn. Some use a torque wrench, but I've always gone by feel. You just want them snug, not gorilla tight.
3)Yes. Don't use too much. With the anti-seize I just make a thin line along the threads on one side of the plug. For the dielectric grease I make a ring just inside the boot of the DI. You only want the grease between the DI boot and insulator on the plug, NOT on the top electrode.
4)It can be done without disconnecting anything, but it makes it a little easier if you disconnect the one electrical connection and the hard vacuum line that goes into the upper intake. For this connection there's a ring on the connector you need to pull out, then the line will pull out. Speaking of connections, if you've never taken the DIs off before, there is a part of the electrical connector that you have to slide out before you can remove the plug. I think it's red. This is all from memory, so hopefully I haven't told you anything that's incorrect. It's all pretty straightforward, though.
Good luck and I hope this helps.
