since you've had it replaced. Have you checked in the spare tire well for stuff that could move? The cover for the well? Also in little storage compartments and behind the access panels? You might also check the suspension bushings. They went south on our '03 wagon and made a creaking noise on small bumps, but not all the time. Not a high pitched squeak, but who knows how many ways they fail...
Sounds like that are the devil to track down. Could it be in the rear seats?
