there is a rubber channel on latch side of the door that falls out. It causes the glass to rattle against the metal guide ... only when the window is down.
Its easy to take the door panel off (see the link). When you do, you will find the rubber channel at the bottom of the door. just press it back into the metal guide and the rattle will be gone. If you want to be super careful apply a line of silicone to the back of the rubber channel to "glue" it in place. This takes about 20mins ... DIY and you know its done right .. or just tell the dealer what to do.
Re Slow coolant loss: check the heater bypass valve ... if that is the culprit it wont be slow for long. Of course it could also be the head gasket, so check that too.
Re Clunky Front Suspension: check the sway bar bushings.
Re Fuel Pump Whine: you (or your dealer) can test the fuel pump easily, here is how
