We tow a large trailer (1300lbs dry weight) + 3 motorcycles in it (~1500lbs) + motorcycle gear, gas, extra tires, tools etc (300+lbs)
= total EASILY 3100lbs
it has brakes and we tow it biweekly at least 400+ miles at 75-80mph
I do not have a picture of it on my car (02 aero manual) but here is a pic of it on my fathers 94 9000 aero manual. This isnt his current aero that we use (this picture is 3 years old) but at the time it had 300,000 miles on the engine, 180,000 on the tranny
trailer is 6x10
we also had another 6x10 trailer that was NOT a V nose, we towed that with the above cars without issue.. a little harder to pull than the v nose obviously
and all these people must have never been to europe to see what people tow with their cars, HUGE camper trailers, not just pop-ups
