all of the mounting points are still there. I believe that the rear four points are covered with a trim piece for each, so you'd probably need to buy the "different" trim piece for each location to go with the rails.
The bigger issue is the front mount points. For these, there is no hole punched in the roof panel.
Probably the single greatest expense and time-consumer would be removing all the headliner and trim bits to access the roof and the bolt points for the rails. I could easily see $500 to $1000 in labor just for that.
If someone has an EPC and a WIS, they probably could answer better. I have both, but not here at work. I have researched this in the past, but it's been a while.
