i loved everything about my 9000, the styling, the seats, lots of control buttons for the ACC/Stereo, the hatch and cargo area.
it's was perfect for me. but after 12 years it was time for a new saab.
I wanted similar cargo space to the 9000, so I test drove '04 and '05 9-5 wagons, both were great but the '06 totally won me over.
I wanted that classic saab look, but in the end, I chose reliability over styling.
The new styling has really grown on me. The simplicity of the ACC/Stereo controls in the '06 at first turned me off, but I find it far superior to the previous configuration.
I love the aero seats, the 260HP is great, sport mode is awesome, the 3 spoke steering wheel is great too.
and I hate to say it, but I do actually like the chrome around the headlights.
