Check the direction of rotation...... Many tires, including snows, should only be mounted so they rotate in a specified direction. The sidewall will be marked if that is the case.
The symptoms you spoke of are exactly what happens when one or more of the tires is on backwards, rotating in the wrong direction. If this is the case, it has likely occurred because your new tire was mounted backwards, or you accidently swapped 2 of your wheels side to side. I checked; the Dunlop Winter Sport is a tire clearly marked with an arror and the word "Rotation" to indicate the correct diection of rotation.
A few years ago, I accidently did a side to side swap of my rear snow tires, in effect causing them to run backwards. The twitchy behavior you described was exactly the result, and the faster you go, the bigger the twitch.
If the above proves to be OK, I'd move on to a four wheel alignment and confirmation that the new wheel is like the others.
