I've considered buying from GS, but the shipping always kills the deal. They quoted me $9.50 for the mount shipped to NY which seems very high for a light piece of rubber which could go first class mail in a padded envelope. UPS isn't cheap, but with volume discounts, the price simply cannot be that high.
GS makes sense on their unique parts, but they are losing a lot of business on the run of the mill parts both to eEuro and to local dealers (assuming tax is less than shipping and any discount at GS).
GS might be at a disadvantage pricewise because of their location. I would guess UPS charges less to ship from CT where eEuro is than from Springfield, MO where GS is located.
I think eEuro uses Fedex. Maybe GS needs to consider other shippers.
