The PCV system is of such a complex nature that it is not easy to explain but as of the testing I have done on many cars lately, the 04 and up have about -0.7 Kpa (or more) at the oil filler pipe on idle with A/C turned off.

Even the retrofitted 03 and older using the PCV update #6 has about -0.7 Kpa or more.

The ones without PCV #6 "might" have -0.7 Kpa but several has had about -0.4 Kpa.
