Get a new drain plug and gasket; grab a big plumber's pipe wrench; get plug all nice and hot with propane (don't melt the pan!) and have at 'er.
All else fails, you can center punch the bolt, drill through with small bit, let the oil drain out, then enlarge the hole with successively larger bits. At some point it will be loose enough to turn it out with an extractor.
DON'T use the extractor until it's loose! Get the extractor broken in there and you're pulling the pan to take it to a machine shop....
Car securely supported with lots of clearance though..... don't need to knock it off the stands while you're underneath!
