If your car sat for three days at that kind of temperature, I wouldn't worry about a puff of blue smoke and a stall. The V6 hates being started when it's cold and has a hard time keeping going. Are you sure it was blue smoke? My V6 always bellowed white/grey smoke on cold mornings because the computer ran it really rich to keep from stalling, which it still did every once in a while. Just a Saab quirk, IMO.
