Many parts for all brands come from parts suppliers and a good example is the Toyota throttle problem, which has affected some other make's models as well because one supplier provided parts for more than one brand.
Parts that are common to more than one car such as the stupidly designed coolant bypass valve which is also used on some Cadillacs should see no change. I doubt Saab made their own brakes and many other parts and they should be available for a long time as they were also used on other brands.
Unique parts will be more interesting. Saab sold the tooling for the earlier 9-5 to the Chinese, who presumably will make them for the Chinese and perhaps some other markets. I expect someone will start a business of importing those parts as conventional supplies run dry.
Here's an unrelated example. Many years ago, Deere made a deal with Yanmar for Yanmar to build all small tractors for Deere and as part of that deal, Yanmar was to stop selling tractors in the US. So, my JD 770 is really a Yanmar. And the Yanmar 180 I used to have was similar to but not the same as a JD 650. I could get parts for the Yanmar from "gray market" suppliers who import used Yanmar tractors marketed overseas and I could get some parts from the JD dealer. It wasn't all easy, but it worked.
Since there are a lot more Saabs out there than there are tractors, I expect there will be some gray market suppliers if the US Saab distributorship doesn't cover the market.
