If the fuel pump o-ring got nicked or the big nut is not tight enough, it would throw that code.
I doubt the idle issue is connected to the small EVAP leak code. If it had been a large EVAP leak code it would have made more sense and it could have been a sticking EVAP purge valve making the engine get a big gulp of fuel vapors down its throat.
Smoke testing both the intake/intercooler system and the EVAP system would probably be the fastest way to find the problems.
It's easy in that I just remove the hose between turbo and air mass meter and place a block off cap on the turbo pipe and hook my smoke machine to the cap. That will fill the turbo intake pipe, intercooler, intake manifold, crank case, oil filler pipe and valve cover with smoke, all at ones. If the smoke is only pouring out around the oil filler cap and pipe, everything is ok on that end.
