At first I thought that sounds like a good idea then I realized vapor lock doesnt keep the car from going rrrr rrrr rrr. I did have a car that had a vapor lock problem. I think it was my 1972 VW Bus mechanical pump and some lines hooked up wrong blocked off ect if I remember right
