That is way high a price for an Arc even with that mileage. $8000 would be high to me. Does if have CPO warranty?

Tires could be an alignment problem due to sacked springs in the rear and excessive toe in. I would have a proper Saab alignment done by dealer and new tires if you are paying that price.

Personally I would love for a nice Aero of that year or newer.
