As part of my experiments with ride height issues and spring lifts, I have one 9-5 sedan with used wagon springs. Even with this it was a little bit low, so it still needed 1" lifts. I also have new shocks and new springs / shocks on the front with 245-45-17 hi performance 17's. This thing is simply on a rail. The handling is amazing without the "hardness" of the Aero Suspension and "quicker" / "Flatter" than an Aero with 235-45-17's.
But, the rear is a bit stiffer, also it handles a full person load MUCH BETTER than stock. With a full load the car handles very nicely and does not bottom out like it did when newer and before the change.
So, the bottom line is YES and unless you are doing some hard towing, etc I don't see an issue with it.
