For the front struts I replaced everything; strut mount, strut bearing, bearing dust shield, top spring plate, bellows (the Saab bellows also doubles as a resilient seat between the spring and top spring plate), bump stop. There is also a lower spring plate/washer that came with the Aero kit which should be replaced if not included with your struts. And of course, don't forget about the sway bar links.
The bump stop was probably money wasted (especially at the price!). But you never know what you can and cannot reuse until the old struts are removed.
