I am in the process of replacing most of my suspension. In various stages I have done everything mentioned by Mark except the actual damper and spring replacements (and associated bits) and I also replaced the tie rod ends. Because I did my replacements in increments, for anyone that has various noises in their suspension I can say that at least 50% of the noise disappeared when I replaced the front swaybar links, and the majority of the rest disappeared this week when I had the rear bushings of the front subframe replaced. It also seems like the steering is a little more direct after replacing the subframe bushings, though that may be my imagination.
If I was to do it all over again I would only do the rear bushings (upper/lower outer cross-stay and forward trailing arm), front swaybar links, front subframe bushings (rear only), and add spring spacers for the rear, followed by an alignment.
