the caliper mounting bolt. Once I removerd the caliper and the bracket, I put the bolt back in and turned it until it made contact with the rotor (if you need to keep the rotor for whatever reason, place a small piece of thin wood between the rotor and the end of the bolt). You keep turning and as you do you get increasing pressure on the rotor. You can (and I recommend) use both of the bolt holes, tightening each one progressively.
Eventually (if it works) you'll hear a loud pop when the rust breaks off. Finally, you can loosen the bolts and remove the rotors.
Seriously, hitting the rotor with a hammer is most obviously NOT a good thing! Please try this method first, you'll save yourself a huge headache.
Oh, and the antizeize of course and not over-tightening of the set screw.
