Unless your dealer has a tire-knowledgeable tech, boogie over to a Continental dealer and get new ones. Note that tire balancing and tire irregularity issues aren't part of the fare for most tech training = they tend to concentrate on mechanical and (these days) computer issues.
Strut type suspensions are always more sensitive to tire issues than control arm type, and 65-75 is always right in the suspension resonance range, which magnifies balance and irregularity issues. The Peugeot 404, one of the first strut suspension cars, was famous for being impossible to smooth out, the suspension sensitivity being so great.
Road surface can also be an issue. Interstates near both my summer home and winter home have a "waviness" to them that excite a a Saab suspension right in the 65-75 range - it can drive you crazy and your tire balancing guys to distraction as you ***swear*** the tires are out of balance and they swear they're perfect.
Bottom line - tire balance issues with the NG 9-5 are no worse than any other strut-suspension car and better than some, if not most.
