but ALL cars are nice when they're new. They have warranties and everything works!
I'm sure your Optima is great. I actually think the Optima and Sonata turbos are pretty interesting cars, and would even consider one, but as someone who keeps cars waaay past 100K miles, longevity is a biggie. A $27K turbo Optimonata is not a good deal if it has to be replaced at 100K.
So put 12 years and 175K miles on it and report back on reliability, repair costs and how the car is holding up overall. Especially if it lives in part of the country that has real winter.
