It would take some testing to confirm whether the neutral safety switch is really the problem. Your statement that the problem only occurs when the car is hot makes it likely that the neutral safety switch IS NOT the problem.
On this board, the CPS (crankshaft position sensor) is more commonly the cause of a failure to start condition when the engine is hot.
In short: 1. When the neutral safety switch fails the engine will not turn over; hence, it will not start. 2. When the CPS fails, the engine will turn over when an attempt is made to start it; but, it will not start,
