Did you do the work yourself?
If a shop did it, maybe they tweaked the temperature settings in ACC with the Tech 2 fooling the system that it is hotter or colder than it is.
I do that sometimes on the early V6 9-5 since they seems to have a more anemic A/C system than the 4 cyl.
So even when you dial in the 64 or 68° and let it settle down, it doesn't blow strong or cold enough on a hot day.
Tweaking the setting for the inside temp sensors brings the fan speed up to a higher rpm at the same temp setting.
